We rely on users to create only one free account per user. The creation of multiple free accounts per user may be considered an abuse of our services, and Reverbs reserves the right to block such accounts. In a final resort, the user may be banned from the platform.
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Terms. You agree not to use our Service:
You are not permitted to generate sexual, religious, and political content, and are therefore strictly prohibited from doing so. If you attempt to generate such content, our system will give you a "Content Unsafe" error message the first time, and this will be considered your final warning. If you attempt to generate this content again, your subscription will be canceled, and you will be blocked from using our services again with no refund issued.
Our intention is to prevent automated and robotic behavior and ensure the security of our service and our partners. In addition, Reverbs restricts certain types of use cases, such as sharing your account login details with third parties for monetary or non-monetary gain, and considers these activities illegal. One login is for one user only, and multiple users on one login account are not permitted.
Sharing logins is not permitted, nor is incorrectly and illegally configuring the tool to add extra users (logins) to your account (so that it can be accessed by multiple emails). Making changes to the Reverbs settings so that it is used in a different way than it was contracted for is not permitted.
For any illegal activity involving sharing your account login details with others or adding new users, your account may be blocked or permanently deleted without any prior notice. No claims of any kind in this regard will be accepted, and no refund will be issued. By using our service, you commit to us that any complaint/dispute in this regard raised by you or your bank will be automatically rejected.
You may provide input to the Services ("Input") and receive output generated and returned by the Services based on the Input ("Output"). Input and Output are collectively "Content." As between the parties and to the extent permitted by applicable law, you own all Input, and subject to your compliance with these Terms, Reverbs assigns to you all of its right, title, and interest in and to the Output. Reverbs may use the Content as necessary to provide and maintain the Services, comply with applicable law, and enforce our policies. You are responsible for the Content, including ensuring that it does not violate any applicable laws or these Terms.
Due to the nature of machine learning, the Output may not be unique among users, and the Services may generate the same or similar output for Reverbs. For example, you may provide input to a model like "What is the color of the sky?" and receive output like "The sky is blue." Other users may also ask similar questions and receive the same response. The responses requested and generated for other users are not considered your Content.
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been violated, please send a notification to the email address support@reverbs.com.br. We may delete or disable the allegedly infringing content and terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
The information on this website has been compiled with great care. However, no guarantee can be given as to the accuracy and completeness of either the content created by Reverbs or the information that is generated from third-party websites/APIs (such as Google Search Console). For this reason, any liability for any damage related to the use of the information offered is excluded. The mere use of Reverbs does not result in any contractual relationship between the user and the provider/publisher.
We rely on external services (API) and the collection of information from external websites to generate content output for Reverbs, such as title, meta description, outline, and others. If the external website has pages with tracking restrictions, pages blocked by registration or authentication, pages without information that feeds Reverbs (such as pages without any information), or other situations that prevent us from acquiring information, we will notify the user by displaying the warning "Could not extract the information. Please try again later, or contact support."
You may be required to purchase or pay a fee to access some of our services. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made through the site. You also agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. We bill you through an online billing account for purchases made through the site. We may change prices at any time. All payments for customers with a billing address in Brazil will be in Brazilian Real, and for customers in foreign territory, in US Dollars.
You agree to pay all charges or fees in accordance with the prices then in effect for your purchases and authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for such amounts upon making your purchase. If your purchase is subject to recurring charges, you consent to us charging your payment method on a recurring basis without requiring your prior approval for each recurring charge until you notify us of the cancellation.
We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing, even if we have already requested or received payment. We also reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Services.
If you forget to cancel your account before it is charged, Reverbs will refund the amount already paid in the following way:
You can cancel your subscription at any time in "My Account" > "Manage Plan" > "Cancel Plan" on the Stripe screen. Upon confirming the request, the plan will be canceled but will remain available until the end of the billing period.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Reverbs and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Brazil. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Reverbs.
Our Services may contain links to other websites. We have no influence over whether their operators comply with data protection regulations. We also have no influence over the legality of the content of these sites. Therefore, we reject any liability for the content of other websites.
You agree that Reverbs, at its sole discretion, for any or no reason, and without penalty, may terminate or suspend your use of the Service at any time. Reverbs may also, at its sole discretion and at any time, discontinue the Services in their entirety, or any part thereof, with or without notice.
In no event shall Reverbs or its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including, without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; (iii) any content obtained from the Services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed its essential purpose.

Reverbs, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that (a) the Services will function uninterrupted, securely, or be available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the Services will meet your needs.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
